MARK A. MCKINNEY
Mr. McKinney has served as Director of Risk Management to the Florida School Boards Insurance Trust since August, 2002. Prior to becoming Director, Mr. McKinney served as the Property/Casualty Claims Manager for the South Carolina School Boards Insurance Trust in Columbia, S.C. whose members number 62 School Districts.
Mr. McKinney has nineteen years experience in the insurance industry and is well versed in all types of insurance. He is experienced in claims adjustment, claims management, and loss control consulting, and is skilled with institutional, municipal, commercial and personal accounts. In addition, he is proficient in evaluating needs and developing and implementing procedures to accomplish goals and objectives. Mr. McKinney is fluent in sign language.
Mr. McKinney received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication at Western Carolina University and his Associates in Arts Degree from Lees-McRae College, Banner Elk, North Carolina.
Mr. McKinney holds a Florida all lines adjusters license and South Carolina Claims Adjuster License
